A Night in the Gym

Juniors have lock-in after camping trip cancelled

March 23, 2017

Every year the 9th, 10th, and 11th grades each have a camping trip and community service as opportunities for grade bonding and tikkun olam (repairing the world). This year, however, the Junior class’s camping trip this past weekend was cancelled due to nighttime temperatures in the low 30s and resulting health concerns. In absence of the trip, Weber planned a gym lock-in with a hike afterwards. For the community service, the Junior class participated in J-Serve Atlanta, a Jewish youth community service event.
